PUBLIC COUNCIL UNDER THE MINISTRY OF NATURAL RESOURCES OF THE MURMANSK REGION DEFINED THE WORK FRONT FOR 2019

Chief Researcher of Environmental Engineering Laboratory MMBI KSC RAS, Dr Sc. Anatoly Shavykin on March 12 took part in the first meeting of the Public Council under the Ministry of Natural Resources and Ecology of the Murmansk region this year. The work of the Public Council for 2018 was summed up and main issues of 2019 plan were outlined. Regulation on the Public Council under the Ministry of Natural Resources of the Murmansk Region was discussed and generally approved, which will come into force after it has been finalized and approved by the Minister of Natural Resources of the Murmansk Region. Report of the main specialist of the MNR MR N.N. Chumandra "On the conclusion of hunting agreements, including the organization and conduct of auctions for the right to conclude such agreements" was heard and noted. A representative of MMBI participated in the discussion of utilization issues of municipal waste in the area and accounting for the number of large mammals.
