MARINE RESEARCH OF THE ARCTIC ECOSYSTEMS IS ON THE AGENDA

March 13, 2018, MMBI held a regular meeting of a scientific council, which was held at the reporting session of research staff "Scientific results of marine expeditionary research 2016-2017". There were 8 scientific reports on the agenda, during which new results of integrated research in the Barents, Kara and Laptev Seas was announced.
Processing of materials from previous years is finishing; MMBI scientists are planning a series of fieldwork in 2018. Preparation of an integrated marine expedition aboard RV "Dalnie Zelentsy" to the Novaya Zemlya and Svalbard archipelagos is in full swing.
