FEMALE PAGES IN THE ARCTIC MARINE ENCYCLOPEDIA

On March 8, Nikolay Mikhailovich Adrov, a leading local historian of the marine Arctic science (leading member of Laboratory of Oceanography and Radioecology of Murmansk Marine Biological Institute), posted on the GO Arctic website (personal portal of the Moscow journalist Tatyana Shabaeva) some articles from his encyclopedia "From the Barents to Bering Sea" under the single heading "Women's Footprint in the Arctic". Articles are devoted to researchers who made a significant contribution to the study of the Arctic seas.
